Mindful stretch makes you aware of your breathing and is like receiving an internal massage in all the body's systems. As adults there is a tendency to only use a third of our breathing potential. When you learn how to do chi' breathing then you will experience a continual flow of breath that is sustained throughout this gentle exercise leaving you feeling refreshed and restored after just a few sessions.

Our classes are small so that you receive individual attention. They are organised in a series of 4 lessons of 90 minutes a week.
